Boarding on a Near Vertical Face in the GTNP

Next Up

Darrell Miller hiked five hours from the top of the famous tram at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort to ride an obscure line in the Grand Teton National Park. The line dubbed the Iron Lion on the Filopian Cirque required complete commitment over ridiculous exposure. Miller is literally pounding out and digging for handholds in order to commit to the crux move on this near vertical face. He displays grace under pressure and after completing the move rides the face with smooth style.

This is episode 3 of "Tales of 1,000 Dreams". The series is produced by our favorite local Jackson Hole production company Stormshow and showcases moments from their latest film Land of 1,000 Dreams. Check it out if you want to see Jackson Hole ripping at its best.
