Next fall, TransWorld SNOWboarding will release the film, "Origins," which portrays five groups of riders in five different locations. The idea behind the project is that where you ride shapes how you ride. It traces riders from California, Japan, France and Canada and demonstrates each region's unique riding style.
The Mammoth Mountain segment features Kimmy Fasani, John Jackson, and Eric Jackson. Kazu Kokubo, Kohei Kudo, Teddy Koo ride on their home turf in Japan. French riders Victor De Le Rue, Arthur Longo, and Victor Daviet show off their diverse backcountry freestyle skills. Two segments in Whistler and Quebec, respectively, feature Rusty Ockenden, Matt Belzile, Chris Rasman riding the British Columbia backcountry, and Frank Bourgeois, Jason Dubois, Jeremy Cloutier hitting Montreal urban features.
