Cyrus Sutton Riding a Wood and EPS Surfboard in Big Californian Barrels

Next Up

This past winter Cyrus Sutton drove up to San Francisco for a swell and borrowed a Hess Surfboards Noriega Model. The board was large- 8'0" and featured a locally sourced, wood deck over a stringerless EPS core and carbon wrapped rails for added strength. The result was a very maneuverable and light semi gun that got into waves easily and navigated the tube well.
