Get Trippy In Japan With Rossignol's New Edit

Next Up

We're not really sure what to make of the newest edit from the snowboard crew over at Rossignol.

Featuring the likes of Xavier De Le Rue and Marion Haerty riding Xavier's new signature XV Sushi fish board in the backcountry of Japan, the riding in the edit is superb, in line what snow fans have come to expect out of any edit coming from the Land of The Rising Sun in recent years.

But with no narration, an overwhelming amount of synth music and random cutaways to slow motion close-up shots of Japanese macaques, this edit seems more like an art house film than a snowboarding movie.

Regardless of what you qualify it as, it's trippy as hell and makes us want to get on the first flight to Tokyo in the morning.
