Here at TGR we just had our annual company wide meeting, a time where everyone can get together, review the year and plan for the future. This being my first one, I was hopeful that participation in some corny team building activities would be mandatory. Something that conjures up memories of an elementary school field day, when the name game and trust falls ruled the playground.
To my immense disappointment none of this came to fruition; instead we had day-long meetings and brainstorms, indulging in the projected excitement that is Powerpoint. Too bad jesper Tjäder and Øystein Bråten did not attend our summit, they would have crushed with the ultimate winter trust activity, the tandem backflip.
