Tom Wallisch Breaks World Record for Longest Railslide

Tom Wallisch of Internet fame and X-Games glory set out to achieve a new accomplishment, breaking the Guinness Book of World Records for Longest Railslide on a pair of skis. The current record belongs to Simen Gjelvik of Norway, who slide 405 feet a couple of months ago.

Tom set out to slide 424 feet on a custom built rail. It took over four days, including a full rebuild due to inclement weather, before he was able to successfully slide down the whole length of rail. Congrats Tom!
