The snowboarding world met Victor de la Rue, spinning over huge crevasses, in his older brother's 2012 film, White Noise. Last year–his rookie season filming with Absinthe–Victor landed the closer in Dopamine, proving that the family's fear-repellant genes were spread wide and far.
Now at the ripe old age of 24, the youngest of the de la Rue clan shows his versatility yet again in Absinthe's Heavy Metal. He backflips a gap one-footed (seriously?!), straightlines sheer ice to enter a 2,000-foot line, rides exposed spines in Haines, and spins off pillows and booters in the British Columbia backcountry.
