For many, skiing on grass is one of the joys of spring. It might not be great for your bases, but that's what rock-skis are for. Skiers Sebastien Varlet and Robert Aaring clearly don't mind a little natural base-grind action, and they can most likely expect new skis from Dynastar and Salomon (respectively) next season anyways.

The pair easily find their way through the minefield of rocks, grass, and the occasional patch of snow—even throwing in some little drops and grabs for style. It might not be a chest-deep powder day, but skiing is skiing at the end of the day.
