Thanksgiving weekend saw a lot of food and football, a little Tiger and Phil, plenty of snow from coast to coast, (Mammoth got around three feet over the holiday!) and a plethora of opening days in the mountains. All in all, it was a good weekend, glutinous yet good. But if you happened to be unlucky and didn't make it to the mountain for those inaugural lift-powered turns, the good news is that we’re here to show you some of those who did. Don’t get jealous, get out and get even.
Here’s a list of resorts that had opening days this week where you can do just that: Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Sun Valley, Telluride, Mad River Glen, Big Sky, Snowbasin, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, Cooper, Silverton (they're already running their Heli), Snowmass, Steamboat, Sunlight, and Jay Peak.
