The word "epic" gets thrown around here a lot. But the East Coast just witness a storm deserving of the word. We're talking about over five feet, bring out the record books, type of epic.
Here are some notable snowfalls in the area so you can begin to visualize how much snow just dumped on the East Coast over the past 72 hours.

Hunter Mountain, NY: 43 inches
Jay Peak, VT: 49 inches
Mad River Glen, VT: 52 inches
Stowe, VT: 50 inches
The Weather Channel said there is another low-pressure system that could bring another round of snow late this week into this weekend, so saddle back up, New England!
As a New England transplant living in Jackson, I think there are very few times that I would say I wish I was back on the East Coast. Winter Storm Stella may be that exception. These videos will make even the happiest of transplants a little homesick.
