When I moved to Jackson about two years ago I was amazed by so many aspects of this special place; from the resort, mountains, the town, and beyond, it continues to be such a privilege to live here. One things became quickly apparent during my first winter... the natives can rip.
Everyone from little grommets to card carrying AARP members, zoom around the mountain and backcountry with effortless ease. Myself, hailing from the big mountain skiing capital of Rhode Island, could not help but feel jealous of those who were able to grow up in the shadow of the Grand Teton.
Which brings us to this video. Nine year old Nate Pruzan and his dad slay Jackson Hole Mountain Resort on a pow day. Nate caps off the morning with a casual Corbet's send, a feat he had already accomplish four years earlier. Keep that name in mind, I'm sure we will see young Pruzan in a TGR film soon enough.
