Joffrey Pollet-Villard has set a new world record for the highest air off the deck of a superpipe, launching himself 26 ft. 3 in. out of 22 ft. pipe. The record was previously held by Peter Olenick after he reached a height of 34 ft. 11 in. in 2010. The feat was accomplished in Tignes, France on a laser-cut pipe built by Ben Ravanel. It is crazy to think about how high Pollet-Villard is from the ground. I'll stick to my mini-park laps.
